Green's Basic Package
You are a Consultant or Sole Proprietor and generally have a maximum of five clients in a year.
Green's Bronze Package
You are a small business or a partnership and generally have one to five employees and/or subcontractors.
Green's Silver Package
Your business generally employs five or more employees and/or subcontractors.
**Green's Gold Package (includes Payroll)
You have more than ten employees and/or subcontractors and your wife has told you to "do your own books". You want to keep the peace and get everyone paid.
**Green's Platinum Package (includes Payroll)
There is a lot happening in your business and a lot of hats to wear. You are ready to start outsourcing all your bookkeeping including payables & receivables.

Email Source Deductions to you for the following month's reporting - this can be completed for you

Personal Tax Return $55/each - flat fee (add $20 for returns that include a T777 (employment) or a T776 (rental) form.

Hourly Bookkeeping $49/hour
Hourly Bookkeeping with training & audit support at your Office $69/hour
Hourly Reception, Administration and Bookkeeping $35/hour - blended rate
Pick-up and delivery of monthly bookkeeping for clients that are unable to come to the office. FREE
Commissioners for Oaths
We are authorized to administer oaths and take and receive affidavits,, affirmations and solemn declarations for documents staying within the Province of Alberta.
You will need to bring in the document to be commissioned and your government-issued photo ID.
Typical documents which we commission include:
Land title transfer
Pension documents and applications
Accountants and real estate license
Damaged or lost passport
Consent to Travel Form

At our Edmonton Office: Each signature comes with a charge of $25 (includes GST) for the first document. Each subsequent signature will be charged $10 (includes GST).
